-Use 1/4 less honey than you would sugar. Keep tasting to make sure your recipe is not too sweet.

-Add honey to room-temperature or slightly warm liquids. Honey mixes slowly when cold.

-Always whisk from the bottom to the top to incorporate honey evenly.

-Shake ingredients vigorously in a jar with a tight lid for even distribution.

-If baking, always reduce oven temperature by 25 degrees. Honey browns faster than processed sugar.
