These fun and engaging workouts are built on three fundamentals of training- cardio, strength and agility- these boot camp workouts require nothing more than intensity and energy from you. Its fast paced and challenging routine focuses on cardio endurance and muscular stamina using running, kettlebells, dumbbells and other original fitness techniques to keep you charged and upping your core fitness level.


Our Boot Camp membership options include:

1) Boot Camp Basic – 3 classes per a week with access to open gym.

2) Boot Camp Unlimited– unlimited access to all boot camp classes as well as open gym.
