Our CrossFit program seeks to achieve higher levels of fitness in individuals in ten fitness categories: heart and lung endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. These small group classes will be your on-site support team – they will challenge you, motivate you and try to defy what you think is possible! You will learn to test your limits by performing high intensity and high quality movements that will provide you with a well rounded program that achieves best results in a short time.

CrossFit athletes have three options to choose from:

1) CrossFit– Allows 3 classes per a week and open gym. Check out our image gallery.

2) CrossFit Unlimited– Unlimited access to CrossFit and boot camp classes as well as open gym.

3) Punch Card– Not sure you can make it to 3 classes a week? Try our punch card good for 12 crossfit classes. Any day, any time.
